The Company's Directors offer almost thirty years of experience, and are well known in the training arena, having worked with major organizations throughout the region.

Mr. Bentley Beckles - Director, IT Training is a MICROSOFT Certified Product Specialist (MCP), Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor and International Computer Driving Licence Master Instructor (ICDL). He has spent over eighteen years in the computer industry and local training arena. He is responsible for the development of the Company's training services, delivery of training, recruitment and training of instructor resources, and design & development of course materials and manuals.

His proven track record and extensive portfolio allows him to deliver training in over 35 PC applications.

Mrs. Pia James - Director, Business Development - is responsible for the General Management and Business Development functions of the Company. She has had ten years experience in the field and was responsible for successfully developing, managing & marketing the Training & Educational Services business at Cable & Wireless Information Systems Ltd. (formerly Digital Information Systems), Barbados.

Mrs. James, educated in the United Kingdom, is a Trainer/Facilitator in Total Quality Management and has studied with the Institute of Training & Development, Thames Valley University, London. She provides customers with Organisational Training Needs Analysis, Training Implementation programmes, Performance Evaluation and Administration services.
