Advantage Training Solutions based in St. Michael announces the introduction
of a new training initiative designed for the development of Business
Professionals. As highlighted at the recent Human Resources Management
Association of Barbados (HRMAB) conference held at the Sherbourne Conference
Centre, the imminent arrival of the Caribbean Single Market & Economy (CSME)
requires a focused approach from businesses in Barbados. The CSME represents
opportunity and challenge for all business professionals.

CBP, developed in the USA and managed by the International Business Training
Association is a new qualification endorsed by Future Business Leaders of
America (FBLA) and Junior Achievers (JA) . CBP is set to become a globally
recognised standard that equips employees with the expertise and tools
required to perform their duties in the demanding business arena of open
competition; whilst providing employers with the reassurance that their
workforce is not only able to cope, but also to support the development of
their company.

The courses, which will only be available through ADVANTAGE are made up of
five modules with two-days of training each, followed by an exam per module
which is taken on-line. A pass in any one module qualifies the trainee as a
CBP Professional.

Service, Business Etiquette, Sales, Business Communication and Leadership
